Document services

Copying

Black and white copiers are located on the first floor, the second floor, and in the Local History Room. Letter or legal-sized copies are 10 cents each. Copies can be made using change or dollar bills.

Remote printing

The Freeport Public Library offers wireless printing to laptops in the building or to any computer outside the building. The only requirement is Internet access. Copies are retrieved at the Adult Services Desk on the second floor of the Library.

Color copies are $.50 each and black/white pages are $.10 each. Copies will be held in queue for three hours.

  1. Go to www.printeron.net/freeportpl/webprint.
  2. Select a onetime username
  3. Select your file or url.
  4. Choose color or black and white
  5. Select the number of copies.
  6. Select the print
  7. Stop at the Second Floor Desk to retrieve your document.

Scanning

The Library offers access to a scanner at the second floor Adult Services Desk. The user will need to provide a flashdrive to save any scanned documents. Flashdrives are available for sale at the Adult Services Desk.
